Terhi Holster is a Finnish ski-orienteering competitor.

She won a bronze medal in the relay at the 1996 World Ski Orienteering Championships in France, together with Virpi Juutilainen and Arja Nuolioja.[1] She finished third overall in the World Cup in Ski Orienteering in 1997.[2]
